Airlift movie will once again set its pace since actress Lena is back on shoot. The movie that has Akshay Kumar in the lead role is scheduled to release by next year in 2016. The actress is back to the shoots of Airlift movie after completing her other endeavours. Lena has earlier received great appreciation through the portrayal of her character Pathumma in Ennu Ninte Moideen. She did that with great perfection and was appreciated a lot. Lena will now be heading towards the state of Rajasthan to shoot the remaining portions of her Bollywood film Airlift. The actress is excited regarding the release of the film and on the thought of sharing screen with Akshay Kumar. Lena will be leaving this November and would be further joining the movie’s second schedule. The actress has a few weeks of shoot left for her role.

Lena will be stepping into the shoes of a Malayali character for the movie. The movie is directed by Raja Krishna Menon and scripted by Suresh Nair, who had earlier penned Lailaa O Lailaa. The actress is busy with other projects after Airlift and that includes Sajinlal’s Thank You Very Much; a movie lined up with Philips and Monkey Pen co-director Shanil Muhammed.
